Using EmailDJ

EmailDJ, created by Denis Dai, provides an email workspace for organizing tasks, context and business decisions and preparing replies. Use it only with mailboxes and information you are authorized to access. Keep your account and connected credentials secure. Do not use the service to send spam, access another person’s data without permission or disrupt the service.

You retain your rights in your content. Connecting a mailbox and using the features allows EmailDJ and the selected service providers to process the content needed to deliver those features, as described in the privacy policy.

Prices and billing

The pricing page shows available monthly, annual and BYOK lifetime options from the billing service. Annual charges are paid as an annual amount; a monthly equivalent is provided only for comparison. Annual savings compare the annual charge with twelve monthly payments for the same plan and currency. The final currency, applicable taxes and payable total appear at Dodo checkout. Review them before authorizing payment.

Eligible first-time monthly and annual subscribers receive a seven-day trial with a payment method required. Automatic recurring billing begins after that trial unless cancelled beforehand. Returning subscribers may be charged immediately. The checkout confirmation states the selected billing interval before you continue.

BYOK lifetime is one payment for access to the BYOK tier for the operating lifetime of the EmailDJ service. It has no subscription renewal or trial. It does not include hosted AI, a guarantee of perpetual service operation or third-party AI charges. Your chosen AI provider bills BYOK usage separately.

AI included and usage

AI included provides a monthly hosted AI allowance on both monthly and annual subscriptions. The current token allowance is shown on the pricing page and before checkout. Email processing, token, cost, request-size and rate limits apply; the allowance is not unlimited AI use or a guaranteed number of replies. Trial allowances differ. Any email-count guide is illustrative, covers individual AI analyses, and is not a guarantee of fully processed emails. Long threads, drafting and other AI features share the allowance. Annual billing does not combine twelve months of AI into one balance.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Manage billing / cancel in your EmailDJ account to open the billing portal. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next recurring charge. The account panel shows subscription status and any scheduled cancellation. Cancellation does not itself delete workspace data or automatically refund a previous charge.

For a refund request or a billing problem, contact the founder with your account email and payment reference through a private channel. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase details, applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s process. Nothing on this page removes mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Availability and responsibility

The web workspace is available through the browser. Public native installers are offered only when a working release link is displayed. Mailbox access can depend on provider approval, organization policies and supported connection settings. Google mailbox access is currently limited to approved test users. Check the connection requirements before subscribing.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, deadlines, source evidence and messages before acting or sending. EmailDJ does not guarantee that every task, business decision or risk will be detected. Keep original messages with your email provider and export important workspace records.

Features, providers and availability may change. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service. Changes affecting a purchase remain subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable rights.
