Cloud mailbox tokens, mail passwords and saved AI keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The web service uses HTTPS.
Relevant email context is sent through EmailDJ’s service to the selected AI provider. This also applies when you bring your own key. Provider data policies apply.

EmailDJ brings email and the work behind it together. Turn conversations into tasks, track what you’re waiting on, keep context about people, and use AI to prepare replies you can review and edit.
Business impact highlights unresolved decisions involving money and contracts, risk and compliance, customers, and operations. Review the potential consequence, source evidence and suggested next step. Supported deadlines appear in Calendar, with a Business impact filter. AI suggestions need your review; EmailDJ does not guarantee that every decision will be detected.
No. Your EmailDJ account is separate from your mailbox. Continue with Google or Microsoft to sign in and authorize a supported mailbox together. Google access is currently limited to approved test users; Microsoft organizational policies may restrict consent. You can also sign in with an email code and connect a mailbox later. Signing in does not start a subscription.
No. AI helps you understand conversations and prepare drafts. You review the recipients, edit the message, and choose when to send.
Both include the connected workspace. BYOK uses your own AI provider key, with usage billed separately by that provider. AI included provides EmailDJ Cloud with a defined AI allowance and also lets you use your own provider.
Designed for a focused daily review of the emails that matter. Current allowance details load with the plans above. This is an illustration for individual short email analyses, not a guarantee of fully handled emails: a single email can involve multiple AI steps. Long threads, attachments, reply drafting, relationship learning and other AI features share the same allowance.
The guide budgets 12,500–20,000 total tokens per short analysis. A local estimate of the current short email input prompt was about 10,000 tokens before output or extra work; this is not a production usage benchmark. Actual use varies, and token, email, cost and rate limits all apply.
The connected service stores mailbox content and encrypted credentials to provide your workspace. Relevant email context is sent to your selected AI provider when you use AI features. Cloud requests go through EmailDJ’s service; using your own key sends requests through that service to your chosen provider. Read the privacy policy ↗
Yes. Use Manage billing in your account to cancel through the billing portal. Export workspace downloads your cloud records, including saved drafts. Local-only drafts can be exported inside the app.
